We’re looking for a Traffic Manager with a passion for sustainability, creativity and communications. Your role will be to make sure all of our processes and projects are the best they can be. You’ll help us take on pitches, campaigns, long-term projects and quick-turnaround deliverables, all led by our mission to make sustainability so desirable it becomes normal.

The role of Traffic Manager is new to Futerra but as we grow, it is a crucial position for the smooth running of the agency.

Your experience in running studios, agency workflow and capacity means that from scheduling to client meetings, time scope to budget, you’re in your element when there’s something to organise. You’ve also got a solid eye for detail and know how to handle the pressures of a fast-paced working environment.
You genuinely enjoy taking responsibility for your work and like to look for new ways of working, continually seeking out opportunities for making processes work better. And you’ve got the confidence to put your ideas into action with the team.
You are passionate about being a key member of a team that strives to deliver great creative work.
You are comfortable assuming the role of agency producer and developing relationships with production partners. Likewise, you are at ease in understanding scope-of-work agreements within agency and client contracts.
You understand the complex processes required during strategy and planning aspects of projects. And, alongside this, appreciate the time needed to create great creative work. Your ability to create schedules that work deliver this results in the highest quality, well thought out work.
Not an expert in sustainability, a member of Greenpeace or a vegan? No problem, because you do care about making a positive impact and you’re excited about making change happen.
As our Traffic Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
— Project planning, workflow and oversight of timelines on all projects across the London office.
— Taking the lead in either improving our existing working practices or developing and implementing new ones where necessary
— Working with the creative, client and strategy teams to ensure projects are properly resourced and run the right processes, delivering great work, on time and budget.
— Supporting the client team in managing the client throughout the life span of a project, protecting the integrity of the work and team.
— Developing and managing relationships/projects with partners across photography, print, film and digital production.
