Wanted: Sustainability Reporting Director – Stockholm

Jenny Sjalin

We are looking for a new Sustainability Reporting Director for our Stockholm team.

Who we are
We are a change agency. We help businesses and organizations change their operations towards long-term sustainability, offering business development and communication as key tools. Futerra was founded in 2001 and has offices in London, Stockholm and New York. We work with some of Sweden’s and the world’s most interesting companies such as Danone, Haglöfs, Kinnarps, KRAV, Mondelez, MTR, Oumph!, Polarbröd, Skanska, Swedfund and WWF.
Now, we are looking for someone who wants to be part of our Stockholm team. Mission: to make sustainable development so desirable it becomes normal.

What we’re looking for
The role primarily involves working at Futerra Stockholm office as our Sustainability Reporting Director. When done right, measuring and reporting is one of the cornerstones in creating a more profitable and sustainable business. But we want to take this further. We want to develop the next generation of sustainability reporting. Reporting that integrates both sustainability and business targets creates change and is a strategic part of external communication, business culture and brand value.

You will be a part of the management team and will be responsible for developing the entire reporting business area. You will be working hands on with various projects, with local and international clients and collaborations with the London and New York offices may be an option depending on project needs. You will also be responsible for securing new business as well as recruiting.

Who you are
You have a passion for sustainable development. You have had other senior positions and most likely 10+ years of work experience. Knowledge in communication, strategy, business development, economics and sustainable development are required.

Apart from several years of work with sustainability reporting you also have solid knowledge of GRI and integrated reporting.
This position requires that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both speaking and writing.

The small print
We have a collective bargaining agreement (CBA), six weeks vacation, occupational pension and wellness grant. Our inspiring office is located in Gamla Stan in Stockholm where you will be working together with a team of brilliant colleagues.

Our tagline is Imagine Better – Make it Happen. If you agree, don’t wait! Send your application to Joel Lindefors joel.lindefors@futerra.se by December 10th at the latest. Attach your CV and personal letter in either Swedish or English.
