Having spent the past 35 years in advertising, most recently as Global Chief Operating Officer of Havas, Chris brings unrivalled global communications agency knowledge to the team. And because he started life (briefly) as a psychologist, Chris is perfectly attuned to the real life insanity of all agency people.
When it comes to analytics, Ada’s the one to call. She ensures systems, processes and controls are in place for everything to run smoothly and effectively. A big believer in empowering women, she brings hope to many through her community work and helping to provide better livelihoods.

As our resident biz dev-er, Alanna can always find the business case for sustainability and champions Futerra’s Theory of Change. Amdad’s passion for numbers started in school where he was the top maths student. Now, he puts his numerical skills to good use Monday to Friday at Futerra, and on the weekends, fundraising with his local mosque for crisis-relief around the world.
Amy’s background in sociology makes her a pro at people. Whether she’s organising schedules, smashing a spreadsheet or setting up the next social, she’s always on hand, and always happy to help. Master list maker with a can-do attitude, Briony is all about turning a great plan into great things for clients like C&A Foundation and MSC. She loves that her job allows her to work on exciting campaigns that strive for a better world where everyone gets a fair slice.
EA to CEO and Co-Founder
Caroline does it all. From keeping Lucy and Ed in order, to organising away days and putting together (/watching over!) all of our events. With a background in photography and the music industry, she’s used to the fast-paced nature of studios, and is quite the encyclopaedia for contacts to work with. She’s also the resident festival expert, so if you’re looking for tips, she’s your girl!
Charlie knows how to run a tight ship. Being an old hand at puppy-dog eyes and looking downright handsome, he’s got everyone at Futerra pretty much where he wants them. So he can focus on sitting back, relaxing and being (quite rightly) adored.

Rachel loves the challenge of taking sustainability beyond the usual suspects. A scientific mind with an artist’s heart, she plans campaigns and produces film and photography that make the alternative desirable. Ruthie’s an absolute boss when it comes to organisation. Her problem solving, multitasking and expert list making helps keep Soli and everyone in the London office on their feet and in good spirits…which is only further enhanced by her super creative cocktail making at Friday team meets!
UK Strategy Director
Sarah believes in the power of truth, even when it’s difficult to hear. That’s why she challenges clients to make sure their strategies are truly the best they can be. She earned her sustainability stripes at Unilever, Tesco and TUI, and is a Futerra ‘returner’, having started her career with us nearly 14 years ago.
With a master’s degree in Leadership for Sustainable Development from Forum for the Future, Shruti enjoys helping clients find the ‘sweet spot’ between business, consumer and sustainability needs. Her background with the Sustainable Restaurant Association grew an interest in traceable supply chains and a love for tasting the best food London has to offer.
Silvie loves taking the bud of an idea and turning it into a blossoming brand. As proud mum of two-year-old Pip, the fact that Silvie’s work helps to create a better tomorrow is the thing that gets her up in the morning. (And a cup of tea, of course.)
With a background in Political Research and International Business, Sophie handles her accounts with an iron grip. She’s also in the early stages of developing a new social venture, empowering homeless volunteers to cook for city workers using ethically sourced, surplus ingredients. When she’s not in the office, she’s usually walking, preferably along a Scottish beach.
Tarryn works where operations and finance meet making sure that Futerra runs as smoothly as a freshly waxed snowboard. She hopes that the beautiful planet will be here for future generations to enjoy.
