Now, we’re looking for a Communications Lead / Project Manager to help us amplify our mission through bold, creative, and effective communications.
Your Role :
As Communications Lead / Project Manager, you’ll lead communications for two flagship projects the Green Jobs Guild and the Client Disclosure Reporting Initiative while supporting other initiatives across the organisation.
You’ll plan and deliver communications strategies, run campaigns, manage stakeholders, and coordinate teams and partners. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, turning ideas into action and amplifying our impact.
What You’ll Need :
5+ years’ experience in sustainability or purpose-led communications
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
A passion for climate action and social justice
Confidence managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
What’s in it for You :
Duration: 6-12 Months FTC (scope to extend)
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid working: London-based
